One Fresno Office for Spine Patients Across the Central Valley
Central Valley Advanced Spine sees patients at a single office in Fresno, California. People drive in from towns up and down Highway 99. Pick a procedure and a city to see what the trip and the visits look like from where you live.
How care works if you live outside Fresno
We do not run satellite clinics, and no city page on this site means we have an office in that city. The city pages exist to answer practical questions: how far the drive is, which highway to take, where you might get an MRI or physical therapy closer to home, and how many trips to Fresno a procedure usually takes.
For most patients, the trips look like this:
Consultation
An exam with Dr. Devan Higginbotham and a review of your imaging. Send your MRI images ahead of time.
Planning
Sometimes a second visit for new imaging or to go over options. Lab work can often be done near home.
Surgery
At Fresno Surgical Hospital. You will need a driver home.
Follow-up
Visits to check healing, some with x-rays. Physical therapy can often be done in your own town.
Dr. Higginbotham is a Fresno native and a fellowship-trained orthopaedic spine surgeon. The practice focuses on four procedures, listed below with the cities we have pages for.
