Nondiscrimination and Language Help
Effective September 22, 2026. Everyone deserves equal care. Here is our commitment, the free help we offer, and how to raise a concern.
Our commitment
Central Valley Advanced Spine complies with applicable federal civil rights laws, including Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of these characteristics.
Free help for people with disabilities
We provide free aids and services so people with disabilities can communicate with us effectively, such as:
- Qualified sign language interpreters.
- Written information in other formats, such as large print, audio or accessible electronic formats.
Free language help
We provide free language services to people whose first language is not English, such as:
- Qualified interpreters.
- Information written in other languages.
If you need these services, call our office at (559) 758-7119. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, dial 711 for the California Relay Service.
If you believe we did not treat you fairly
If you believe we failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with our office. Call (559) 758-7119 or email [email protected], and ask for the Privacy and Civil Rights contact. You can file a grievance by phone, email or in person, and we will help you if you need it.
You can also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights:
